Before submission

1. Authorship and Originality

  • You must be the sole author of the article.

  • The article must be submitted by you, not on behalf of someone else.

2. Topic

  • Must address a topic from the journal’s list of topics of interest.

3. Language and Readability

  • You are responsible for ensuring English readability.

  • In-depth copy editing is not provided, so ensure your grammar, spelling, and style are correct.

4. Submission Process

  • Submit using your own registered account.

  • Submission must be completed in a single session.

  • Do not exit the checkout or test file uploads during submission.

  • If under 18, parental consent is required.

5. Payment and Publication

  • Free to publish.

  • Payments do not roll over to the next year.

6. Format Requirements

Article Length & Structure

  • Word count: 2,000 – 5,000 words (±10%), excluding abstract, footnotes, bibliography.

  • Abstract: 150–200 words.

  • Title: ≤ 100 characters, including spaces.

  • Text-only: No charts, graphs, or tables.

  • Acknowledgements for research help are not permitted.

References

  • Must use a referencing system with footnotes and bibliography (APA, MLA, Harvard, etc.).

  • Superscript numbers in text must match footnotes at page bottom.

  • Full citations must be alphabetical by author surname in bibliography.

Style & File

  • Font: 12-point Times New Roman.

  • File name: Your first and last name (MS Word).

  • The file will be renamed on upload but original file remains stored.
