Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Copyright Notice

Acceptance of Copyright Transfer

To publish your article with the International Student Research Journal Publishing, you must agree to the copyright transfer terms outlined below. This agreement becomes void if the Work is not published in the Journal.

Copyright Assignment

By agreeing to this contract, you transfer all copyright ownership of the Work to the Journal, applicable across all forms of media—both existing and future—in all languages worldwide, for the full duration of the copyright. The Journal is also granted the right to license these rights to third parties. This transfer becomes effective upon the Work's acceptance for publication.

Scholarly Communication Rights

As the author, you retain certain rights (referred to as "Author Rights") without needing further permission. This agreement does not transfer any rights related to patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property to the Journal. Your Author Rights include the ability to use the Preprint, Accepted Manuscript, and Published Journal Article for Personal Use. Additionally, you may use these versions for Scholarly Sharing, which entails:

  1. Sharing the Preprint on any website or repository at any time.
  2. Sharing the Accepted Manuscript on specific websites, often after an embargo period.
  3. Sharing the Published Journal Article privately on certain websites unless otherwise agreed with the Journal.

Commercial use of the Accepted Manuscript and Published Journal Article is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Journal. However, you may use parts of the Article in subsequent works or compilations, such as books, as long as the original publication is properly credited.

Ethics and Integrity

You affirm that the Work is original, does not violate any third-party copyrights or proprietary rights, is not being considered by another journal, and has not been previously published. The Journal reserves the right to withdraw or retract the Work if it is found to breach ethical standards or scholarly integrity.

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
